•  There are two module in client 1) Add client 2) Client List.


ADD CLIENT :


  • Here user can add client by filling necessary information.
  • IT Status, You can select it status from drop down and also you can add IT Status from IT Status master at upper right corner of the form.
  • If You want give extra tag to client than you can use Sub Master, and you can add Sub Master values from Add Sub Master at upper right corner of the form
  • Client will get all auto Email and SMS related to company on mention email address & Phone Number over here.
  • Client & Administrator will get auto Email & SMS on new addition or edit of client data.
  • On addition of client, Client username & Password will generate & To send Login Information to client use Reset Password page located in Setup Menu.

TAB - Multiple contact :

  • You can also add multiple contact of client by click on Multiple contact tab at upper right corner of the form.


CLIENT LIST :

  • Here you can edit/view any client detail.
  • You can narrow your search by using filters.
  • You can export data to Excel Sheet by click on Excel button located at Upper right corner of grid box.
